!±8± Chaise Lounge Furniture: How to Design a Restful Oasis

If you have a lovely pool, the ideal furniture to lay out on after swimming would be a chaise lounge chair. They come in a wide array of colors, materials and costs. Some are cushioned and some recline all the way down. There are the plastic pool chaises that are easy to maintain and durable for long-term use. They are practical and relatively inexpensive compared to the other materials used.

You can upgrade the look of your paradise by choosing complementary cushions or adding touches like patterned pillows on solid or striped cushions. Choosing a color palette such as black and red, or black, white and yellow would be a stylish choice for a poolside paradise. Navy blue or green stripe cushions with an accent color are another sophisticated option for a pool chaise lounge. If you don't want to use cushions because they will get wet, many styles are made of steel, pvc and mesh fabric. They dry very quickly and don't absorb water like the fabric ones do.

Chaise lounge furniture is also popular for use on decks and patios. The newest trend is the double chaise, which is wide enough for two people and meant to use cabana style. A cabana adds instant sex appeal and lavishness to any outdoor space. The double chaise with or without a cabana covering is a luxurious touch and often found in high end hotels and spas. A double chaise, a drink and your significant other might be all you need to view the sunset and wind down from a stressful day.

Many chaise lounges come in three piece sets of two chaise lounge chairs and a side table. You can easily find a set that fits your needs and is in your budget. For a relatively small amount of money, you can make a big impact on the comfort and look of your outdoor oasis. A chaise lounge is the perfect place to curl up and read a book, rest with your loved ones, and get some warmth under the sun. It doesn't take much to create a restful oasis with a few basic pieces.

How to Choose the Best CPAP Mask

!±8± How to Choose the Best CPAP Mask

Doctors often recommend the use of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) devices such as CPAP masks to correct obstructive sleep apnea. Obstructive sleep apnea is a sleep disorder wherein the airflow stops or decreases significantly despite the effort to breathe. It is caused by obstruction of the airway and results in pauses in breathing during sleep so that one or more breaths are missed.

Users often start out with a basic mask design but as they get used to sleeping with the CPAP machine they may want to consider a different CPAP mask design to maintain the prescribed air pressure and for greater comfort.

Air leakage happens when the CPAP mask does not fit well. A mask that fits correctly will prevent the air from leaking out. The size and shape of a person's nose and face will determine the size and design needed.

CPAP masks now come in different designs. The most popular types of mask include:

Nasal mask- This is a triangular-shaped mask that covers the nose and ends just above the upper lip. Straps hold it in place and the tubing connected to the CPAP machine is attached to the front of the mask. The nasal mask is the most popular mask today and is most often prescribed by sleep doctors. They are usually available in several sizes to fit different face shapes and sizes.

Full face mask - The full face mask is designed to cover both the mouth and nose. It can be used even by mouth breathers and those with stuffy noses who have to breathe through their mouth. Studies show that a full face mask is the most effective design at maintaining the prescribed air pressure. Its main disadvantage is that it can be cumbersome to sleep in, especially for side-sleepers. Some sleepers may also find it claustrophobic.

Nasal pillow mask - Nasal pillow masks deliver the prescribed air pressure using small pliable cones in the nose. The cones or pillows seal against the outside of the nostrils. The air hose is attached at the front and goes over the forehead. A head strap holds the mask in place. This style of CPAP mask is ideal for people who sleep on their stomach or side.

Choosing a particular CPAP mask design can be a matter of personal choice as users would want a mask that is comfortable and has the best fit. Always choose a mask that eliminates or minimizes air leakage. Most masks are available in two sizes but some designs come in a wider range of sizes including petite, small, medium, large and extra large.

!±8± ResMed Mirage Liberty CPAP Mask Review

MASK NAME: Mirage Liberty

Mask making: ResMed

Mask Type: Face Hybrid / Full

RATING: 2 weeks

Setting: This form is easy to adjust, as I discovered, all taken on similar projects ResMed masks hats.

COMFORT: Compared to say, quick mask, I would say that this mask is not comfortable. But to be honest, we must compare it to a standard full face mask, as it provides the same function. In this context, it is at the top of its classfor added comfort.

SEAL: Another good habit of people to ResMed, which include 3 pillow sizes with the mask. This allows the user to make adjustments for improved sealing. There are many ways to customize the mask, but the common vulnerability and my experts I found was that once you seal the pillow, the mouth of readjustment would be necessary, and vice versa. It should be noted that this is not a huge obstacle, just a bump in the road, as I used to mask chipped less than aProblem.

AIRFLOW NOISE: Very quiet.

MOVEMENT: This mask is ideal for back sleepers. Side sleepers can get away from the positioning of the cushion, so that the mask depends on the board. I was able to move without much adjustment, our experts agreed.

Overall: John is a full-screen users, he is now using a different mask. He is looking forward to working with freedom and will continue to give me feedback, if you can. We found the freedom to form a good alternativeThe standard full-face mask. ResMed has another mask on the face are very happy and will be reviewed shortly.
